Unfortunately due to Cottage Bakery Laws all orders must be picked/delivered locally in St.Petersburg-Tampa, Florida.

Yes I require at least a dozen but no additional requirements above that.

We are a cottage bakery not a commercial kitchen so we can not ensure orders are allergen free. Additionally, at this time we do not offer any gluten free or vegan options.

All cookies are individually packaged and heat sealed in plastic bags to preserve their freshness for even longer. The cookies are then packaged in a bakery box with color coordinating tissue paper. We also offer an optional upgraded packaging where cookies are individually wrapped in cello bags and tied with a coordinating color ribbon or bakery twine for $10/dozen.

Cookies size varies depending on shape but are approximately 3"-3.5"

Since each order is 100% customized and once baked has a shelf life I require full payment upfront to be considered officially booked. I do not begin any work on orders until payment is received.

Yes you may cancel your order with the following caveats: If no payment has been received then there is no penalty for cancellation. If cookies for your order are already baked (typically within 2 weeks of delivery date) you will be refunded 50% of your payment. If cookies have begun to be decorated then no refund will be provided because significant time and work has already been invested at this point.
